Week 5: Cultivating Self-Trust through Intuitive Movement

Week 6: Letting Go of Past Wounds with Grace
Release old wounds held in your body and gently let go of anything that’s preventing you from fully experiencing self-love.

I learned to reconnect with my body, release the emotional baggage I’d been carrying for years, and, most importantly, I began to see myself through the lens of love—real, unconditional love.
